Sony Ericsson C905, Confusing Problem?
Ok here's the story, i bought the C905 and found that the software would keep crashing itself for no reason, so i got this fixed at a phone shop and it seemed fine afterwards, however about 3 days after getting it fixed the phone wouldn't allow me to send or receive SMS msgs (MMS was fine). I took it back to the shop and the guy said its a network problem, so i went to the O2 shop and phoned customer service, who said that they will change my sim to a 3G sim as mine was very old. Once changed the phone was able to send texts for a few minutes (when the 3G symbol was next to the battery sign) however now the 3G symbol wont stay on for a long time, usually a couple of seconds, and the sending and receiving of SMS is still not working. I went back to the phone shop and the guy was persistent saying its a network problem, so i phoned customer service again and they said that there shouldn't be a problem. So im confused, is it the phone or network? and if it is the phone, can someone please tell me how or where to fix it! (i will only send the phone to Sony ericsson as a last resort)
And also the sim works perfectly in a different phone, but the guy at the phone shop said it still is a network thing and he cant help =S
My friend has the same phone but her one doesn't need the 3G logo to be visible to send or receive texts.
I have checked the centre number with O2 and it is the correct number as well
Please Help!! as i really love this phone, and want it working
Thank You

Phone Customer Service-- Loud or quiet voice?
When working in a customer service/order entry job over the phone, is it better to have a loud clear and friendly voice, or is it better to use a quiet controlled voice, partly to avoid distracting other colleagues.
I personally think everyone should use a loud, clear voice, it makes the customers know that you're enthusiastic about providing good service, and brings up the energy in the office and with your colleagues.

Jobs that require typing skills...?
I like to type, actually I love it, I am pretty good, I have a wpm speed of almost 50. But I was wondering if there are any jobs that are almost solely based on this skill. I've done over the phone customer service, but there are probably others that I don't know of...so, if you have any suggestions I would love to hear 'em. Thanks. Oh, yeah, this is just a gig I need to help pay for school. Sorry but it would be useless to provide job titles that require a degree. :)
