How do I contact cricket via email ?
Yesterday , I went to buy a new mobile phone in a Cricket Retailer in the Mission Valley Mall in San Diego, California. As I was about to purchase the phone the man (cricket employee ) made me wait. As I saw him pull out the phone I noticed it wasn't sealed. Then when the man tried to activate the phone , he told me he couldn't , due to that it was previously activated. This got me thinking that the people in this Cricket Retailer sell used phones to the customers for the price of them being used. In addition to this , the man told that since this was the last Blackberry Curve 8530, I would have to pay money and go pick it up in 48hours. Of course I said no and left , since I didn't want to be robbed. So I would like to obtain an email , So that I can report this and prevent other people from being robbed and for them to obtain the products that they are paying for.
