Has anyone had problems with an AT&T LG phone not working a week after getting it?
I just got an AT&T LG phone when I added a user to an existing plan. It worked for a week, now, nothing - the only time there's any response at all is if it's plugged into the charger, then it will indicate that the battery is good, but I still can't make a call, access any features, nothing. Once it's unplugged, there's nothing I've figured out to do that will make it do anything but sit black and lifeless.
After calling AT&T, they sent me a new battery and charger, but that had actually seemed to be the only thing that did work, and no change after changing battery.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging, so I can't send it back.
Would appreciate hearing any ideas on how to get this thing to work - I'm hoping that it's something quick and easy that everyone knows how to do but me. Btw, it wasn't dropped, washed, or otherwise damaged - it's brand new and worked great until it didn't work at all.
Thanks in advance!!

Alternative to Adobe Flash Player on my Android LG Phone?
I went to download Adobe Flash Player onto my phone, but it says it's not available for my particular Android phone. (It's an LG Optimus Q)
Is there an alternative app I can download that can play videos which require Adobe Flash?
Thank you!
