Knowing which cellular phone company is good for you

When you first got your first mobile phone, the only interest that you may have was in getting the best cellular phone company service. Everything else is insignificant.

Company perks and the phone's gadgets do not seem to mean that much to you. The important thing was to get the most extensive network so you would not have to worry about losing your cellular phone company service even if you go the more remote areas.

When it was time to shop around for a new phone and consider a new cellular phone service provider, you realized that the difference between them in terms of network quality was not as much as it used to be.

For someone who travels a lot locally but does not travel the world, or at least care if your phone will work when you are out of the country, there is not a cellular phone company provider who offers a bad connection.

A lot of them are better than the other one way or another. The competition is better in another way. In the end, you have discovered through friends and you own little bit of research that there is not really a cellular phone company around that will ever make phone calls frustrating.

The only service flaw you noticed among the different cellular phone company providers is that one may work better in this basement and the other will work better in that basement.

The same thing seems to be true for areas with tunnels and tall buildings. A lot of that is depending on where the network's towers are located and not always which one is more powerful.

Some cellular phone company even boasted the most powerful network but some phone will pick up better signal than the ones from them.

Better look more at the bonuses you will get with each package. Things like how the minutes are billed and clocked and what kinds of data services are provided should be important.

While basic things like voice mail, caller id and call waiting have become nearly standard amongst cellular phone company packages, there are other things that make one network stand out above the next.

There are also some cellular phone companies that do not offer free months of picture messaging as an introductory offer like the ones their competition was offering.

With camera phones now available, these things would not be as significant as it used to be a few years ago.

With the world today getting more wired, you will notice that emails are growing more important everyday. You will also notice that things like text messaging and Internet access from different cellular phone companies do not have that much difference in their operation.

The choice no is between using the Internet and cellular phones. Each has their own advantages and disadvantages.

Then again, the cellular phone company that is on a network is technically inferior compared to the others. But it can offer the features you would like to use the most at the best possible price. An added bonus is that you never ever had any problem regarding your reception.

Bottom line, it is important to choose the cellular phone company that will provide for your needs. There are a lot of choices out there. Better choose wisely.

Opinions please :) Which job do you think we should take?
My husband has got 2 job offers - one as a massage therapist (which he went to school for during the last year) and the other for customer service with Sprint (which is what he is comfortable with). The massage job pays 16.00 an hour plus tips - but we will have to provide our own liability insurance, probably pay more for medical insurance and get licensed in the city they are in (25.00). For this job there is no guaranteed hours - but it is looking that long as they are busy it will be about 35 hours a week or so. The Sprint job is technical customer service for cellular customers - and he has years of experience working as both a CSR and manager for Cingular and AT&T wireless. The benefits will be excellent and start in 30 days, but the pay is quite a bit lower @ 12.00 an hour. If he did this job he would be able to do massages for private clients on the side and work on building a private practice. He will work 40 hours per week. I guess the issue is stability vs money now.

Can I get fired for not putting my previous employer on my application after just being hired?
In 2009 the company I worked for laid off about 800 people and I was one of them. I was on unemployment until January of this year until I got a call center job at Sprint. I had the call center job for two and a half months and was let go from there as were many others. Last week I went on an interview for a job that is government related and found out that I got the job. Before I officially was working there they told me that they were going to have to do a couple background checks on me first I passed both of them. Now that I'm there they fingerprinted me and are doing an F.B.I. background check on me. I'm not a criminal and have never been in trouble with the law for anything. I'm a little worried because on my application I didn't put down that I worked at Sprint but everything else is correct. My question is will they tell me since I didn't put down the Sprint job will they fire me? Just some additional details the job that I'm now employed at is not exactly a government job more like a company that runs contracts for the government such as collects data on statistics and such, we could do anything depending on the contract. I think that they are just being very thorough in checking their employees because of the type of job it is. I got worried because one of the parts for the FBI check wanted to know about my previous employments and I had to put down everything but the Sprint job because of my application. Honestly though I think that they are only concerned about criminal or suspicious activity as opposed to a job that I didn't put in my resume, besides they did 2 background checks before this one so I would assume that it would have already popped up anyways, right?
