All of this notwithstanding, in order to make full and effective use of your cell phone, you may want to set some guidelines in your usage. If you want your cell phone for your business, you may need to make sure you turn it off when you need privacy. Being available every time may not do well for you. Reserve sometime for yourself and never allow people to disturb you during this time. If your business partners know they could reach you even late at night and on weekends, they will be annoyed if you suddenly change this behaviour. Blackberry Help? Curvs, Bold, Torch?
So like my family is kinda new with smartphones and our cell phone plan is fixing to expire in a month or 2 and we've been stuck with basic messaging phones for a few years lol. I have the LG Cosmos 1 which is just a basic messaging phone with a slide out keyboard. Before that I've had a touchscreen device with AT&T before I switched to Verizon. I kinda like the general feel of a physical keyboard. Now don't get me wrong, I'm really a tech geek lol. I've been video editing, coding, making different games for the past few years and even trying to work on my own mini-os but when it comes to phones the only few phones i know about is the iPhone and Droid lines. I recently caught my eyes on the Blackberry phones and I started playing around with my friend's Blackberry Bold and I just fell in love with it. I need help deciding which phone is best with me and the pros, cons, and so forth:
Blackberry Torch- I like the design and graphics but I'm not crazy about the touch screen
Blackberry Curve- I like this one but people say it's less poweful than the bold. I really love the looks and feel of this though. It's a sexy beast.
Blackberry Bold- people say this is the most powerful but I'm not crazy about the design but graphics are pretty good but when it comes down to it it seems like the curve is the macbook air type of phone and the bold is the macbook pro in my opinion. but i just need to knwo which one is best for me:
i do email/facebook/text/call a good bit
i like checking my facebook
i don't really play games because i got an ipod touch for that
i do wish to put my music on there but thats not a biggy if i can't becuz like i said i got an ipod touch
does any of the blackberrys connect to my wifi at home?. like said i dont want to pay for wifi i just wanna use my at home wifi from my router. couldit connect to that?
i do take a good bit of pics
also another reason i like the bold and curve more than the torch is cuz of the physical keyboards they provide.
also another appealing thing about the curve is that its free on wirefly.com and bold is 99$ and torch is $19.99 (idk why torch is less? i mean its touch screen?) but i dont mind paying for a good phone that will last me a couple of years.
best answer gets 10 points :P thanx for ur time and as for the rest of my family they getting droids and iphones lol.
thanx for ur time guys.

Need Blackberry Curve 8530 wifi help?
My wifi won't turn on.
When I go to the connections and check it there will be a check mark in the box where I checked it but a little red "x" stays on the right hand side. When I go to search for a network it asks me to turn wifi on then it says "unable to turn wifi on".
I already called Bell twice. I wiped my whole phone to see if that would fix it plus removed my battery a few times. I think it may be the software not the hardware. Is there anything I can do to get it to turn on? I'm really good with technology so if anybody has links to anything I'm sure I'll understand it. I'm suppose to have wifi with the plan I'm on but I haven't had it since they returned it to me months ago after 3 weeks of being in for repair! If i need to send it out again I'm just getting a new phone and maybe with a different company. Know of any good phones, plans, prices? Thank you!!
