Compare Cell Phone Companies to Understand Their Real Value

Witnessing a phenomenal growth in the telecom sector, the US telecom market has something for all. Understanding the needs of increased demands of cell phones, there are several manufacturers (like Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon etc) who are making various models to meet the diverse requirements of the wide-spread consumers.

Over the years, the number of cell phone users has increased considerably. This has further lead to the emergence of scores of cell phone makers. Surviving tough competition, each cell phone company is claiming to offer the best product. The market is flooded with different models, each possessing some special features. In such a scenario, where several manufacturers are co-existing simultaneously and are offering the same line of product, the consumers are required to be more aware and educated about them.

For all the tech-savvy people who like to own the best cell phone model available in the city, it is vital to compare cell phone companies before you go for their product. When you compare cell phone providers, you evidently come to know about their products and services. If you make a careful read, you will be able to differentiate between the services provided by different cell phone companies and hence make the right choice.

Every cell phone company be it AT&T or Verizon or any other company, aims to develop broad clientele base. Hence they try to make their products very attractive and go for huge publicity campaigns. The luring ads often seem to perplex the consumers. They fail to judge the appropriate models. However if you compare wireless companies, you make a comparative analysis between different cell phone providers. It helps you to decide which company is offering relatively better products and services.

For instance, an online site made valid comparisons between two cell phone providers i.e. AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile. It compared the models of both the cell phone providers on the basis of pricing, service, coverage and quality of phone. Based on these data, it also recommended their suitability for different types of users. Clients requirements, budget and preferences vary from person to person and hence suitability of models also vary accordingly.

Another comparative study between AT&T Wireless and Verizon clearly highlighted the difference between them on the basis of their product's special features and customer service provided by them. Both the factors are very essential from the buyer's point of view. Before purchasing any model a prospective buyer would like to learn about its unique features. And not to forget customer service is an important provision that clients look forward to resolve their phone issues, as and when they crop up.

There are several websites that provide useful and valid comparisons between different wireless companies. The more you visit these sites, the better you will understand the different cell phone providers. Based on these data, you can compare cell phone companies and learn more about their strengths as well as weakness. Analyzing each aspect judiciously will further help you to identify the suitable brand, with better credibility.

T-mobile scammed me? Where do I stand?!?
I'm currently in dispute with a mobile phone company, T-mobile and wondering if anybody can tell me the legal side of things and whether i'm in the wrong or not. Around 6 months ago I took out a Dongle Broadband contract with T-mobile. All was well, and the first couple of payments were made successfully. However one month I couldnt meet the 'direct debit' payment, therefore I went overdrawn with my bank. This was totally my fault and I phoned T-mobile to explain the situation. I was advised that the overdue bill would carry on to next months payment. basically meaning I have to pay double next month. So i thought fine, wont get myself into that situation again and ill ensure the money is always in there ready to pay on the correct date. However 5 days later T-mobile tried taking ANOTHER payment from me, within the same month. I was not happy and advised incorrectly. I was angry, i didnt bother to contact T-mobile for the first couple of months. I was put off contacting them even more after they had sent me Pre-Pasted letters saying they had tried calling me multiple times. Well thats impossible because I have a Dongle and you cannot use that to make calls from the device itself. Eventually the debt was passed over to another company. Shortly after they contact me I decided that I would go out my own way, to a phone box and phone them on an 0845 number. even thought they were so uncompliant. This phone call didn't go too well. The T-mobile operator at the other end of the line had no time for what I had to say, and seemed more interested in telling me that its a bad idea doing what im doing, and how she must collect a payment today. Then the threats came about me not being able to obtain further credit in the future, and how it may even effect me getting a job. Which I do not think is true. Anyway she was more concered about getting a payment and scaring me etc than rather listening to my side of the story. Eventually she started getting funny and seemed as if she was arguing over the phone. More that 3 times she dropped herself in it, saying they wouldnt be able and aren't allowed to take a dd payment from my bank more than once a month. She started stuttering when i mentioned this, and didnt have anything to come back at it. Apart from telling me 'If i'd have just phoned up more'.. Apparently because I made one phone call. WHich was all is that was needed. To cut a long story short, i'm prepared to pay this small amount of £50, however I feel that I've been clearly done wrong against. I've been falsly instructed, threatened, had money taken from my account more than it should be in a month and also treated extremely unfairly by the T-mobile staff. Anybody dealing with customers shouldn't start an argument. Been with T-mobile 15 years. Never again. This may come across confusing, and im sorry if it does. I'm just in such a sour mood. I was wondering if anybody knows where I stand. Yes i took the contract out and should be expected to pay, as I was going to, But after what they've done to me, surely I can't have this go against me. Im prepared to go to court and will be seeking legal advise this coming monday. Thank all for your time and help!
