Samsung Cell Phone, a Basic But Important Phone

Samsung cell phones are a favorite choice among cellular phone uses. Despite the simple design of the basic phone, they easily disappear off the store shelves because of their sheer popularity. This brand of phones actually eats a large share of the market, edging other popular mobile phone brands.

Samsung cell phones are best for those whose needs are basic such as sending and accepting text messages and calls. If you are someone who does not need the high technology cell phone functions, buying the most basic of the Samsung cell phones for your everyday use might be all that is necessary. It is actually much reasonable to purchase the basic phone if you need not play and tinker with the much more advanced unit for its high tech functions.

The basic model of Samsung cell phone is of great design and style. They possess clear displays; this can be very advantageous when you are a frequent text sender and receiver. Likewise, this mobile phone brand has a long battery life compared to the other cell phone brands. The designs of Samsung are beautiful and stylish despite its basic features - there is certainly one that best suits your design requirements.

Remember the basic Samsung cell phone is far better if compared to the basic models of cell phone brands. This is true especially if you only desire to use this mobile phone for your texting needs.

However, it is advisable for you not to expect basic Samsung cell phone for more tech features; the most basic Samsung cell phones do not have internet connection, no photo transfer feature and are not Bluetooth ready. It is certainly not going to be a techie's favorite mobile phone brand. For the high tech individuals who want more from their cell phone; there are now more advanced Samsung cell phones with great features and functions. It is up to you if you actually need these phone features and buy a much more advanced phone instead.

My cellphone company lied to me, is there anything I can do?
I have been with T-Mobile for 12 years. For the first few years they were Great, I couldn?t ask for a better cell phone company. All of a sudden in the last 2 years or so, they have plummeted to the point where they are making me sick. They have pulled their trickery with me a couple of time, but this latest situation brought me to my breaking point. In September I called customer service on an unrelated topic, right before I hung up the Rep asked if I wanted to re-new my contract (I had 5 phone lines on my account) and I said I was not interested. The Rep told me I currently had a great deal, and that T-Mobile was likely going to merge with AT&T. If the merge happened they were going to raise my rates unless I re-newed my contract. I was a little scared but I still said no. Then the Rep told me if I re-newed for 2 years my current rate plans would be safe for 2 years and I was eligible for 5 new phones at full discount (depending on what phone I chose the phone could be free or maybe $10-$20). The Rep told me I could call in and claim my 5 phones at full discount anytime during the 2 years. So between the scare tactic of telling me my rates would increase after the merge and after offering the news phone, I thought it was a good idea and agreed to the 2 year contract. About a month later I called up to order a phone and they told me that in order to receive a new phone at full discount I would need to agree to ANOTHER 2 year contract (making my contract 4 years). That is NOT what the original Rep told me. I called Customer Service and spoke with them dozens of times and I repeatedly wrote to their corporate office in New Mexico. It took a bunch of letters for them to even realize what I was trying to say and when they finally understood, they simply said ?We can?t help you. If you want a new phone you need ANOTHER 2 year contract?. How dare they do this to their customers? Especially those of us who have been with them for over a decade!!!! I would get rid of them today if I could, but I would have to pay an early termination fee for all 5 lines ..aaaaahhh! Does anyone have any advice?? Please help!! Thanks. Thanks so much guys for taking the time to answer. Mr./Ms in the Navy, there is no chance of me moving. I own the house where I live so to sell a house and move just to get away from a 2 year contract is pretty much not an option =/ Thanks though. Boy T-Mobile stinks!
