When working for a corporate cell phone company is it legal to not take a lunch, or to not take in on time?
So I have a friend that works for a cell phone company in a corporate store, sometimes I see her not talking her lunches on time, say she goes in at 8 sometimes it is well past 2 when she gets a lunch. First is it legal to not be able to take a lunch, and what about it being on time?
The only reason i ask is because working in retail at more then one store it was illegal to not be on time.. same with construction and factory.

I have Windows XP, what does Remote Assistance do?
I know all Window computers have this remote assistance thing but I am wondering about several questions. Please take you time and read & answer everything (I hope) and I apologize for the long question and if I could pay you, I would even pay cash to get an answer but I don?t know how that?s possible... lol sorry
Thank in before you even read what I am asking... lol Okay, here it is:
When I worked at Rogers (Cell Phone Company in Canada) our head office was about 5 hours away. So when our computer would frig up, a guy would enter some password on his computer 5 hours away and I could literally watch his mouse move around my screen and see him type certain words. They also used this to spy on us to see if we were playing games or watching YouTube during times the store wasn?t busy.
So by clicking:
Start ? Programs ? PC Help & Tools ? Remote Assistance
Is this ?Remote Assistance? the exact thing as I am talking about?
If you do know what I am talking about, is it a program I need to buy at Future Shop or Best Buy or Wal-Mart or something that allows me to do this to someone else computer?
Now the reason is because:
My mother just bought a new computer and besides checking her e-mail and watching YouTube videos, I want to teach her how to adjust the fonts and things like that for the desktop and yes I know how. But she is living 4 hours away and I was thinking that maybe I can show her using this ?Remote Assistance? thing or unless I need to buy a program and so does she in order for our computers to connect to each other like how I mentioned above.
I hope you know what I am talking about; this is something I really do need. (Also, I am using a computer now at the public library and I won?t have internet at my home for another week, so I can?t even try out this ?remote assistance now? I had my computer for like 10 years now and I just saw that remote assistance thing now and was wondering, maybe after all these damn years what I really wanted was that.. or Like I said ? is it something I have to buy?
Can someone please tell me what that remote assistance thing does if it doesn?t do what I thought it did?
Someone tell me the name, where to buy, and how much the program costs if you know what I am talking about and its not that remote assistance thing?
